Sense 2 stress tile

I recently got an update for my sense 2 and since then my stress tile has disappeared off my device. The EDA scan option is still available and still works, but the stress tile is gone. When I try to install the Stress tile, it uninstalls itself within 2-3 seconds.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, signed out and back in, reset the Fitbit device, deleted and added the device again, cleared cache. nothing has remedy this issue.

Anyone else have this issue?
