Just bought/activated Sense on Nov 30th 2023 and less than two weeks later it is STUCK on do not disturb and sleep mode, after putting it to charge. Tried turning off and on, went to settings but areas greyed out, pressed the moon shape and it is still stuck. As this problem has been raised and on and off by other since 2021 and solutions to share?

Sad to hear that you're having issues with your Sense 2. Thanks for having taken the time to get things fixed by yourself.
I'd recommend starting all over setting up your Sense 2 as a new device to see if that will get it to working order. Before doing so please first sync your device to not lose any data it might have tracked so far and check if there's at least 50 percent of charge.
Next remove your device from the Fitbit app. Now go to your Sense 2's settings, choose 'About Sense 2' then 'Factory Reset' and confirm. Finally follow the instructions provided here to set up your device:

completed every single step above and post factory reset the device is stuck at stage of photo below despite appearing to be connected to the app. What next as many in the forum have had this issue spent up to seven hours trouble shooting and device stuck here. What next??
