My Sense 2 went into a funk on Tuesday 1/23/24. I went to workout, scrolled over to Exercise and this was the first sign. The Exercise app exited after a second, like it couldn't load. I tried it a couple more times, same result. I figured try to charge, factory reset in that order. Next I forgot the Sense first from Fitbit, then from Bluetooth. I also determined my charging cable was potentially suspect so I ordered a new one.
Today (1/25/24) I received and put the Sense 2 on a brand new charging cable. It's been on for about 2 hours and definitely has charge. I tried (multiple times) to factory reset and no luck. Right now its showing the Fitbit Logo - it never goes blank. This happened after I held the button for as long as 40 seconds. It's almost like it cannot bootstrap in the microcode.
Right now trying to discover on Bluetooth and it's not happening. I have powered my iPhone off/on, toggled Bluetooth off/on, and it make no difference.

Thank you for taking the time to share all these details regarding your Sense 2 and for trying to fix it on your own. Sorry to know the difficulty that you are experiencing.
I'd recommend you not have multiple Bluetooth devices when trying to sync your watch, as that may interfere with the connection.
