Sense 2 stuck on set up

My sense 2 woz rebooted by my son for me and seems to be stuck on demo .can't press on nothing works and the side button doesn't work to so can't even reset .any help plz

I appreciate you letting me know this situation in regards to the Sense 2 showing the demo, can you confirm if you're referring to the set up or do you see something else? A picture of what it shows would help me to check this out.

You've tried already  but press and hold the button* for 10 seconds until the Fitbit logo appears on the screen, if that doesn't work try pressing it for 20 seconds, and then release the button.This may not work the first time so try it once again, a few times if needed.
