Sense 2 stuck on the Fitbit logo

Cannot believe in less than a year of getting my sense 2, I am experiencing similar symptoms to the versa 2 I replaced last year 2025. My screen will only come on for a reset but go blank immediately after. Only the Fitbit logo shows and it's been disconnected from the Fitbit app and when I try connecting the Fitbit watch is blank and I cannot see the 4 digit code. This happened very recently, a few days ago and I cannot use my watch again. Is this some update gone wrong?

Hi there, @Adadaddy. It's nice to see you around the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Senses 2 is not working properly. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!

Since your Sense 2 is stuck on the Fitbit log, I'd recommend the following steps:

  • Unpair your Fitbit device from your phone's Bluetooth and Fitbit app.
  • Unpair other Bluetooth devices that you may also have paired to your phone's Bluetooth settings.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use. This can help to prevent connectivity issues or Bluetooth interference.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth on your phone.
  • Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
  • Set up your Fitbit device.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Fitbit device.
  • Once your Fitbit device is paired and syncing, please proceed to set up your other Bluetooth devices to your phone again.

With the steps above, what I want you to do is to pair your Sense 2 first to your phone's Bluetooth settings before any other Bluetooth device is connected to your phone.

Once you manage to pair and sync your Sense 2, please make sure that your device is up-to-date. For more information, see Update your Fitbit device

Hi Marre,Thank you for your prompt reply. Unfortunately my Fitbit watch shows nothing on the screen after it comes on. The whole screen goes black. Only thing that shows is the Fitbit logo and that's it. Like I said in my first post, the watch doesn't come on to see the 4 digit code that enables set up and pairing to the app. I'm quite frustrated with this issue especially because I bought the sense 2 less than a year ago. I don't seem to understand why this would give me issues. Sent from my Galaxy
