Sense 2 suddenly not charging

i have had my fitbit at this point for only four months, but suddenly it stopped charging one day.

i cleaned the connector cable and the back of the watch but it still didn't charge. i'm lost as to what is happening because there's no reason why it would suddenly stop working

Hi @barry66 , I'm wondering if you can do me a favor and run a quick test.  Is there another Sense or Sense 2 charger available that you can connect it to?  I'm thinking it might be faulty wiring either within the cable itself or the charging socket.  If it charges when connected to the other cable, then we know it's an issue with the cable.  If not, then it's either an issue with the socket or there's an issue with the battery.  We won't know until you conduct that test.
