Sense 2 sync ios

 

Hello

The app on my iphone it says ‘no info’ and says it can’t sync but my data is syncing (not all of it but it is syncing). I’ve tried all the unpairing, uninstalling the app, restarting watch, removing device from app etc. When I tried to remove my device and readd it to the app, it wouldn’t add give me a code, id type it into the app and it said “something went wrong” and give me a new code. I’d do it over and over and it just wouldn’t work. 

I decided to test it on my iPad. Works perfectly fine. Syncs all my data, was able to add the device back on, no issues. When I went back to try it on my phone, doesn’t work. Same issues.

I'm at a loss.

Hi @Itsstia - thanks for outlining the issue.

Some people have reported a Bluetooth issue with the latest iPhones.

While it may be an Apple issue or an incompatibility with the Fitbit App, is not sure but your tests point in that direction.
