My Sense 2 stopped syncing with my Fitbit app. I've shut my phone off, deleted the app and reinstalled it. I let my Sense 2 loose all of its power, then recharged it. I checked it, and it synced with the app, but he continues to go in and out of sync tonight. When it tries to sync, I can't see the time or what's on my normal screen. All I see is the Fitbit logo. Anyone know what the issue might be? The watch is 2-3 yrs old. Is it dieing?
Moderator edit: clarified subject.

I had issues tonight as well. What ended up working for me-- I first restarted my phone and the watch, then force stopped the app, cleared the cache, then updated the app through settings. Once all that was done and over with, it finally synced. Hope that helps!

Hi @Awbrooks61 @NicLeigh A warm welcome to the community forums.
Thank you for taking the time to share all the details regarding this situation.
Seems like you performed a factory reset. I'd suggest following the steps below in the order listed:
If you can't get started with your Sense 2, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?
If you continue having difficulties to update your Fitbit device, see Why can't I update my Fitbit device?
Thanks for the advices given @NicLeigh

The reset worked temporarily, but then it started intermittently syncing and now the watch just had the Fitbit logo on it. Syncing with my watch was sporadic too. This is frustrating because it's only a couple yrs old, and for the price, it should last longer. These things are disposable and I'm looking for something that will last longer. Disappointed!!
