Sense 2 timer won't reset

The Timer on my Sense 2 starts and stops as expected, but the reset "circle arrow" doesn't do anything. The timer just stays paused. I have re-booted the Fitbit several times. It doesn't fix the behavior. If I toggle repeatedly back to Timer home screen and back and tap it 20+ times, it will eventually go to "0" but this is obviously not a workable solution. It's almost like the touch screen capability of the "circle arrow" doesn't sense tactile input.

Hi @AConnell - accuracy when using the touch screen is important, the area which is sensitive is quite small.

Also using a finger nail is not going to work well, use the fleshy part of the finger or special touch pen, a biro with a soft tip on the other end.
