Hello @Crnichols! Welcome on board to our community forums!
I'm sorry to hear that your Sense 2 is tracking extra floors.
Your device has an altimeter which is a sensor that calculates altitude based on atmospheric pressure to track your floors. However, your device may give you credit for extra floors while doing everyday tasks such as opening doors, driving, AC, or riding elevators or escalators, or from abrupt weather and atmospheric pressure changes. Exposure to excess moisture can also result in extra floors.
If the previous condition don't apply to you, please make sure to have your Fitbit app and watch up to date to the latest version. Also restart your Sense 2 to correct any misbehavior, wear it snug on your wrist and monitor its behavior.

Hi @Crnichols - unfortunately it would seem the pressure sensor has developed a fault if it is consistently registering loads of floors (or none at all). You can get a refurbished one free if it is under warranty still, but not without sending it back, so you will be without it for some time.
If bought from a store they may exchange over the counter.
However this is just an informative reading and does not affect the results of any other measurements.
If your watch is still working normally otherwise, probably annoyingly the best option is to ignore the floor results.
