Sense 2 active zone minutes don't update

My sense 2 is showing active zone minutes as 1200 daily.

i have set daily active minutes to 20 minutes on the app but my fitbit doesn’t seem to update.

i have restarted the fitbit but still does not change.

Thank you for sharing the inquiry with me regarding your Sense 2 and the Active Zone Minutes. 

Please confirm that you are using the latest version of the Fitbit app: How do I use the Fitbit app?

In addition, try to follow the steps below:

  • Log out from the Fitbit app.
  • Offload the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  • Open the Fitbit app and log back into your account.
  • Check if the hours of activity are available now
