Sense 2 wont sync with app/phone

I have tried everything:

- turned phone on/off

- turned bluetooth on/off

- deleted an reinstalled app

my Sense 2 wont sync.  It gets half way and stops.

I appreciate your message and all the troubleshooting steps you tried, and I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing this issue regarding the syncing process of your Sense 2.
