Sense 2 unable to customize clock faces

I have tried all suggestions however nothing has worked. I am unable to customize any watch faces.

Hi @PBlanch - it depends what you mean by customise.

Not all clock faces support modifications.

The Fitbit app should allow switching clock faces, the watch also if you lightly press and hold the centre of the display with the latest firmware.

Some clock faces are modifyable / adjustable on the watch itself.

The description of some of the installed clock facea may give instructions.
