Hello.
I can't set the time on Fitbit Sense 2. It kicks me out of the app.
After I go to the date and time settings. I click on the line. I am immediately thrown into the main menu.... I live in Ukraine. Perhaps the problem is in the region. The time difference is several hours. Let's say the correct time on my phone is now 00:58 and on the clock 10:55. Is it possible to fix this somehow? Has anyone encountered this? Thanks in advance.

When you say it kicks you out of the app, do you mean the Fitbit phone app? If so, what OS do you have?

In the Fitbit app, I go to settings. There I click on date and time. The first time it throws me to the home screen of the Fitbit app. When I repeat this action, it throws me out of the app to the phone's lock screen.

Apologies for the delay, but have you tried it again today? How about clearing the app cache?

Good afternoon. It still doesn't work. Even the latest app update didn't help.
