Sense 2 GPS not connecting

My Sense 2 won't connect to GPS, and looking back at my app data it hasn't been working properly since I bought it back in June. I have tried all the suggestions given to me by Fitbit support, such as factory reset, uninstalling the app and downloading again, turning of Bluetooth and turning back on etc etc. Fitbit support has now stopped responding to my emails. 

I have started using my old Fitbit Sense and have no issues with GPS. So it is definitely an issue with the Sense 2.

Just an update Fitbit/Google replaced my Sense 2, I tried the new one (refurbished one) and unfortunately I am still having GPS issues. I am pretty sure looking at the forums the Sense 2 isn't fit for purpose.
