Sense 2 update issues

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Since the recent update my Sense 2 hasn't been working. It was only 4 months old. I had to replace it and my new one is 0nly 3 days old and started the same issues. My infared light doesn't work. My heart rate isn't measuring properly. Check it against my kardio mobile device even. I have reset it to factory settings, I have restarted my app on my phone. Restarted my Sense 2 and cleaned my cache on my phone. It's pointless to have a device that doesn't work. And not cheap to get one. And literally one had to be tossed because it's completely dead after the update.

The update ruined my Sense 2.  I could no longer swipe right without it rebooting and it would even reboot at random times.  Mopping a floor triggered an elliptical workout lol.  I contacted Fitbit with no response so I got a new one and am returning the original (only two months old!)  My app is telling me to install the update but I’m hesitant to do it now.  These trackers are too expensive to have their updates ruin them!

Right. I installed the update on my new one and messed it up. It was fine the first day until I did so. I have considered returning this brand new one and trying something different. Or go back to a the Versa 4 which I had before upgrading to the Sense 2. Nobody has been able to help me from support either.

My Sense 2 stopped waking up when I turn my wrist. I went into settings and see both the DND and sleep mode are both activated and I can’t turn them off so I’m unable to reactivate the clock face to turn on when I turn my wrist.  I’ve restarted my Sense 2 three times and get a large red X on my screen before the clock face reappears.  Both the DND and Sleep mode are still activated and I still can’t turn them off! My firmware update  shows as 20001.210.26. How do I get this fixed?  I can’t afford to replace this watch.  Of course, it is just outside the warranty period.
