Sense 2 very slow sync with iPhone 11

Recently it takes minutes to sync my Versa 2. very slow and have to restart sync often since it fails or timeouts. 
then in  Herzfrequenz overview part of the records are not displayed (several hours missing) but when opening the particular day all is there
