Sense 2 vibrates but won't turn on

My Sense 2 is showing fully charged on mobile app, vibrates when I press the button, but have a black screen, for more than 12 hours on charge now, after it says to install the update, it is still updating and can’t locate my fitbit with bluetooth either.
