I have missed taking medications and overslept and missed important meetings. I am extremely unhappy with the Sense 2. My Versa worked perfectly, I just wanted an upgrade but the fact that I can’t reliably use the alarm notifications is beginning to effect my life in a negative way.

Hi @CarolusJ - this problem started on watches released after the Versa 2 and has been raised several years ago and was never fixed because it is probably a hardware/design issue
The weak vibrate gets worse as the battery level falls, so keep well charged and have it set on strong in Settings is the best you can do.
If you are unhappy with the watch Fitbit have a 45 day refund policy or possibly authorised dealers too, some stores provide 14 to 30 day refunds.
Then choose a watch with a stronger vibrate and/or sound, a smart watch is pointless if the notification and alarms don't get your attention.
