So I discovered that my Sense 2 was updated three nights ago. My original watch face only shows up when I press the button. After it fades away. Get another watch face that I have never used. And not only that Always on is now activated and has been sucking all the power. I just remembered the option to turn it off. So we'll see. And then I see althese other issues where ALL I see is Beauregard to do a hard rest of your device to complete the installation. So why don't I get that notification on my phone app, or the watch so I know I need to reset it... and this is the second piss poor update not that Google will make it better. I on the app now they want you to use your Google account. So that means Google will be tracking everything you do now....

Hi @GA2024 - if you pull down on the watch to get to Quick Settings and turn off all the icons that is probably the best setting.
Only if you have syncing issues or temporary problems do you need to restart the watch with the button.
The issues with the new V4 Fitbit App that started in September 2023 remains a new path Google is taking to the annoyance of many users.
You don't need to use a Google account but in 2025 any remaining users will need to buy a non Google watch if they don't wish to use a Google login to the app.
