Sense 2 weather not updating

Weather on phone is saying no data

 

I have synced but to no avail

Hi @Hautchien -  did you check location access on the phone?  make sure that Allow Location Access is set to Always or All the time for the Fitbit app on your phone.

I would reboot my phone and then sync again. If it still doesn't work, reboot Sense 2 and sync again.

And then you wake up the next day and do it all over again.  There just seems to be a problem with the weather app on the Sense 2/Versa 4.
