Last night, I had over 10,000 steps both on my watch and my app. Today it shows my steps for yesterday as only 8000ish. This is the 3rd day in a row this has happened. What the heck is going on???

Thank you for sharing the inquiry regarding your Sense 2. 

May I know if your steps are showing on your Fitbit device?  

Please try the following steps in the given order:

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  3. Open the Fitbit app and log back into your account.
  4. Check if the issue is still happening.
