Good day!
Usually when this happens to me, I turn off Bluetooth and then turn it back on. After that, I sync through the app. It will usually show up. If not turn the Sense 2 off and back on, Then sync through the app.

Thank you for your support. I tried all your suggestions but didn’t fix the problems. The sense 2 is brand new only brought last week so I’ll get it replaced.

@Wheelfam - looks like a Fitbit App issue. Look in the forums, others have mentioned sleep problems.
As long as your heart rate is showing in the Fitbit App correctly it may not be processed or transferred properly.
If it is not showing in the Fitbit App it won't appear on the watch.
