Hello @Geoh and welcome to the Community.  Here is a link to Fitbit's Help article: What's my daily readiness score in the Fitbit app?  I expanded the section that gives all the reasons why you might not get a score.  If that section doesn't help you, can you share more details?

Hi @Geoh. I'm sorry to hear that your Readiness score is not showing on the  Fitbit app.

Please make sure to update your Fitbit app to the latest version in order to get it available (please be patient, it's been slowly rolling out, thank you).
