I purchased a Sanse 2 less than 2 months ago. It has been erratic for the past week. Displayed incorrect time. Would flash the logo in blue and then a red ‘X’. Now it will not turn on at all. The battery has been charged as far as I can tell. Please help.

The same exact thing is happening to me. I noticed that mine doesn't have a metal backing and never did. I bought it brand new. I reached out to support and they never called or emailed me back after saying they would within a hour of online chat. Mine stopped working after cardio. Unbelievable. I think I got a refurbished one sold as new.
