Seems that after I got a new phone.the weather won't sync with the correct temp.

Hi @C.Sorrell - if you changed phone the weather settings have to be reapplied.

Go to the Gallery tile in the Fitbit App, select Weather and Settings and change it.

If you are seeing weather in a clock face you can change it's settings in the Gallery tile too.
