During the night, I woke up and my fitbit just wasn't working. I checked my phone and on the last sync (6 hours before) the battery was at 83%. I decided to charge it to see if something would happen but nothing. I've hold the button 100x times for 10sec, it vibrates but nothing appears on the screen. Seems like a planned obsolescence and all the topics in the forum come to the same conclusion. Buy a new one.

Hello and welcome to the forums, @Camarra. I appreciate your letting me know about this situation with the display of your Sense 2, please, follow these steps:
- In the Fitbit app, touch your profile picture, touch your Fitbit device and click 'Sync Now'. This will help you synchronize it.
- Restart your Sense 2 by following the steps here.
- After this, change the clock face of your Sense 2. In the Fitbit app, you can access the image of your profile and the image of your Fitbit device, touch the gallery and the screen and click on the clock face, preferably one of Fitbit and install.
