Sense 2 with a red X

My sense 2 was on and charged I tried to add exercise and it rebooted Fitbit.  Once it came up it told me to sync.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled Fitbit app.

I have done a soft reboot on my watch. I have tried 30 times in the last 10 hours. I can not get it to sync

Mine did that today, then it asked me to update. It took about 15 minutes to update and works now. Hopefully your issue is the exact same, easy fix.

They had to replace my watch.  Thankfully it was under warranty, but it was only 2 months old.

Mine is having the exact same issue. I only got it in March. Did you still have the receipt? Unfortunately I don’t have mine since it was a gift. I’ve emailed the support team, how long did it take to get sorted? I use my Fitbit everyday and I feel lost without it on!
