My sense 2 kept powering off and on during night. I have on charger and I long pressed the side button to restart. It starts up and I can see Fibit logo but the screen goes blank. Tried many times.
I delete it from my fitbit app and tried to set up again. The app recognizes the fitbit and sends a pairing code but nothing displayed on the fitbit.
Anyone have this problem?
Anyone have an idea to resolve?

Hi @JLmeggie - this might not be resolvable, if a factory reset doesn't work, see posts stuck on logo. It may need replacing under warranty if it is still valid.
You can always chat via the Fitbit App, Help & support section, Contact Customer support for help with the factory reset or replacement.

Hi Guy_. Thanks for your response. Unfortunately, I agree with you. I had quirky things happen like it restarting on its own after first month. I thought it was related to a plastic screen protector that fits tightly around entire top of watch. I didn't get this protector until about 6 weeks after I got the watch and that's when I noticed problems.
I bought this at Best Buy and I don't remember filling out any warranty. I hope I'm not violating community standards by mentioning the store.
I'll try contacting vendor.
I'm wondering if I should try this same model or look for a different model or brand. I really liked the Sense 2 when it worked.
Most complicated electronic gadgets are bound to have a certain number that have problems due defective chips , etc. I'm hoping this is not a design flaw for the entire sense 2 model.
Thanks again for your input!!

@JLmeggie - devices have a minimum 1 year consumer warranty, though some shops can offer more. Check with them.
The Sense 2, which already didn't have all the features of the Sense is getting old and the competition has advanced a lot since, if you actually need to buy something.

Thanks for the info again. I'm going to call Fitbit customer service when I have a few hours to kill waiting for someone to actually talk too. Lol.
Do you have any suggestions for another smart watch that is similar and affordable? The sense 2 offered most of what of was looking for. What features do you think would be on some of the newer smart watches that I might look for? Thanks again for your response and insights.
