Bought the a new Sense 2. Very disappointed. My first 2x worked great but unfortunately the face popped off and the warranty was out and the insurance only allowed for 1x claim after the 30x days. This one, doesn’t matter which wrist, on top of the arm facing inside the wrist. Nothing worked. Went through all troubleshoot even removing the device and factory reset. Still not accurate at all. Trying to return because so frustrated and now my return stating the protection plan is not eligible for a refund. Waiting for another “email”.
