Anyone else as frustrated with me that I bought a brand new Sense 2 WATCH and it can not consistently give me the corre t time if the Bluetooth is left off for more then an hour?
It is a SMART WATCH! The fact that it can't give me the correct time if it's not syncing with my phone which isn't always near me is upsetting.

There are a lot of things about the S2 that are undesirable. Especially compared to the original Sense.

Hi @MarjPer - if the time wanders by more than a few seconds per day when not synced the watch is faulty.
It should keep good time without a phone throughout a day.
Get it replaced under warranty where you bought it.
But to make sure it is not something else, try changing the clock face, and try restarting it, or even doing a factory reset, though this is unlikely to fix it.

Hello! The time is consistently off by several minutes, one time it was 15 minutes off. I purchased through fitbit but they will not send a replacement just tell me to do the same troubleshooting over and over.
