Sense 2 won't keep the correct time

I bought a Sense 2 and I am not connected to my phone app for 1 day and the watch does not keep time. I contacted the support and they told me that if I am not constantly connected to the phone app then it will not keep time. I think customers should be informed that fitbit watches can not keep time for 1 day when not continually syncing to a phone

Hi @Not_Funny - your watch should be replaced as it is faulty if it loses more than a few seconds per day.

There is no obligation to have it synced all the time and none of my watches lose more than a few seconds when only synced every 5 days or so.
