Have tried many attempts and my Sense 2 will not factory reset, I have removed from Fitbit App and will no longer connect or sync and settings won’t open on Sense to force reset either. Have tried the holding button business too many times to mention.
anyone have a magic solution before it goes in the bin and back to an Apple Watch please?
thanks
Dean

Hi @Gooner1886 - if you can't get to settings you will need to factory reset using the correct button sequence, probably best to chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support for help with that.

Thanks @Gooner1886 - it's not an easy sequence and unless done exactly right will not work, it also requires some patience. Best to get customer support help.

@Rich_Laue - you can reboot the watch as shown here or simply use Shutdown from the watch settings menu and hold the button to start it again or place it on charge.
Customer support will give the factory reset button sequence as it's best done under supervision.

Yes, that is the procedure to reboot, the question is a factory reset.
I have the instructions to do a factory reset with the Sense and earlier Versa lines.
I'm not willing to try this on my current watch
