The last time I recharged my Sense2 it seemed to factory reset. Im asked to select my language and download the Fitbit app!
My device just won't Bluetooth pair at all. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the Fitbit app - and now see in the app there's a Sense2 update but as it won't pair I can run the update. I've restarted my device (I get the same language/download app message). It seems the device's Bluetooth has completely stopped working.
I've had my account since 2020 and pay for Fitbit Premium (which I'm currently unable to benefit from).
Any suggestions? I haven't been able to use my watch for 4 days now.

Have you disconnected the device in the Fitbit app, the tried to set it back up?

I just tried - but I'm unable to disconnect the device. I get the message 'there was a problem'.

That's a first for me. I am sorry it is being such a headache. Have you tried clearing the cache and storage for the Fitbit app? I don't know if it will do anything to help you, but that would be something I would try. If you are running an Android, I can help you with that. If you have an iPhone, I am afraid I do not know how that is done.

Thanks for the advice.
I uninstalled and reinstalled the app again and got a message telling me there's an update for my Sense2. I was able to run the update while keeping my Fitbit on charge. Now seems to be fine!
