I received a Sense 2 as a gift to replace my Versa 2. The Sense 2 was working great for a month until February 2, when it stopped syncing to my android phone. When I try to sync it from the app on my phone, it tries, but then shows an exclamation point in a circle in the Sync Now area. None of the data from my fitbit loads to my phone. How can I fix this?

Hi @Flinner - you may have accidentally turned off Bluetooth on the phone.
Make sure it's on the logout if the Fitbit App and restart the phone also restart the watch by pressing the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo reappears.
Then login and sync.

Hi there, @Flinner. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Sense 2 before reaching out. @Guy_ Thank you so much for your help!
While reading your posts above, I was wondering if you did remove your old Versa 2 from your Fitbit account and phone's Bluetooth settings?
It seems that your Sense 2 cannot connect properly to your Fitbit app since you haven't yet forgotten the connection between your old watch and the phone's Bluetooth which would explain the connectivity issues you're running into. With that said, try the steps below:

This is happening to me, too. I did all of these steps and it's still not finding my watch.
