Sense 2 won't receive heart-rate notifications

My sense 2 stopped notifying me for high heart rate.  When I When back in app to check it, there is no area on this screen that has high heart rate notification.

Welcome to the Community, @ampsun7.

I've moved your post to the Sense 2 board so we can keep the forums organized. Thanks for bringing this to our attention and just to confirm, are you able to receive other type of notifications such as text messages or apps? Also, have you made sure the DND or Sleep Mode isn't turned on?

Assuming this is correct, please give a try to the following steps:

  1. Forget the Sense 2 from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app from the open apps.
  3. Open the Fitbit app, tap your profile picture then the Sense 2 image.
  4. Tap High & Low Heart Rate. Make sure to turn on High heart rate or Low heart rate notifications.
  5. Test your watch and let me know how it goes.

Please note you'll find your reports in the Fitbit app > Discover > Assessments & Reports > Irregular Rhythm Notifications to find the reports.

It has completely gone haywire. Flips through multiple screens, then
freezes. If done a hard reboot and a factory reset. Same thing, I will be
requesting a replacement.

I've been using the Sense 2 since Sept. 30, set high and low HR the first day, now I just realized I never received one in spite of being over high lots of times during workouts.

Hi @ampsun7 and @mike-MKvip. It's good to see you here.

@ampsun7 Thanks for taking the time to troubleshoot your watch. While I'm sorry the issue persists, I'm glad you'll be requesting a replacement. If you need anything else, don't hesitate to let me know so I can continue helping you.

@mike-MKvip Thanks for joining this thread. Let me clarify that your Sense 2 will alert you whenever it detects that your heart rate is outside of your high or low thresholds while being inactive for at least 10 minutes. This means, it's expected to not get these notifications during workouts. To learn more about it, see this help article.
