anyone else having issues with Sense2 not syncing with their phone for calls/texts?   It's randomly working/not.   I don't see anything in Settings or Notifications, on device or in-app.

Hi there, @Cagey01.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and your efforts while working on this. Just to confirm, is your Sense 2 syncing the rest of your details? If so, let's try the following steps to reconnect your watch and get the notifications working correctly:

  1. Forget your watch from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app and restart your watch.
  3. Open the Fitbit app and pull down on the screen to force a manual sync.
  4. Tap your profile picture, Sense 2 image > Notifications and make sure they're set correctly. If you have an iPhone, make sure Show Previews is set to Always or When Unlocked. To learn more about what requirements are needed in order to receive notifications, click here.
  5. Try receiving a notification on your phone to test your watch.

Hi there, @Tprintz.

Thanks for your efforts in troubleshooting your Sense 2. I'm sorry this issue persists and just to confirm, is the issue with a notification type (call, message, app, etc)? Or is it with all of them? What is the model of your phone? Have you made sure to have the Sleep Mode or DND off on your watch?

In the meantime, let me recommend reconnecting your watch to the Fitbit app:

  1. Forget the Sense 2 from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Turn off other Bluetooth connections nearby.
  3. Reboot your phone and restart your watch one more time.
  4. Open the Fitbit app, tap your profile picture > Set Up a Device.
  5. Select your Sense 2, tap Replace Device and follow the on-screen instructions.

Once this is completed, set up the notifications and monitor your watch's behavior.
