I've just bought a Sense 2. I'm struggling to set it up. It connects to my phone, I get the 4 digit code, it says its connecting but then it loses connection. I'm using a Samsung S20, I've also tried my S8 Tab and its the same.
I have no problems re-pairing my Sense.
I've done all the suggested things, removed all the connected devices, reinstalled the app etc. I'm a bit lost, I think it could be dodgy pebble.

Hi @Dukesxi - there are some things to try before declaring the watch faulty.
Use only your phone, turn off all other devices.
Remove any Bluetooth entries for your watch from the phone.
Logout of the Fitbit App and swipe off the active window and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it and then restart the phone.
Place the watch on charge and login to the Fitbit App and remove any watch connected to your app (when you click profile photo).
Restart the watch by holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.
It may prompt you or if not click profile photo and "+ Set up a Device"
