Just started...I can turn on the exercise, and it shuts itself off within a few seconds. I've restarted my device without resolution. Any suggestions?

Same problem here. A nightmare! Fitbit doesn't fix any problem. We ought to take measures to stop this mistreatment with their customers

I found an answer on google from other users. It's taking a factory reset to get it to work. The help desk didn't have updated menus when I called, total waste of time. But, I was able to get it fixed with that reset.
