Hello

My fitbit sense 2 wont stop vibrating while being charged. It vibrates every 5 seconds or so. Can this be turned of?

I changed my charging block and it stopped.  I tried 4 different blocks.  3 vibrated, 1 didn't.  The amps were the same on all.  SO what's the issue?
The one that worked was an OLDER block.  LIke 6 yrs old.

Weird and ridiculous.

Hi @lalulu - did you try a PC USB port as power source?

The charge cable can be the issue and how it is attached more than the amps (or volts, as some more recent chargers have dual voltage).

I just used 2 different samsung phone chargers, 1 random one, and finally
an old verizon wireless charger worked

Welcome to the forums, @lalulu@Guy_ Thanks for sharing your insights.

@lalulu Thanks for your efforts and sharing what worked for you. While I'm glad you sorted this out, I'm sorry you've had this inconvenience. In addition to what our friend mentioned, this might also be related to the amount of voltage emitted by your charging block or charging cable. Nevertheless, I appreciate your feedback and our team will continue working on our devices to improve your experience with them.

I got my brand new sense 2 about an hours ago, which was also vibrating every 5 seconds or so. I was using my Samsung's fast charging block. I changed the block for a "normal" one and it worked.

I changed the charging block as advised in Best Answer and it worked.  No more buzzing 👍

I found that an IKEA 3 USB port block worked for me. Next time I'll use the budi block. The Samsung block was a problem.
