Sense 2 won't sync and has Fitbit logo

started unable to sun. Now the diamond symbol is on the watch and nothing else.

Hi @McClarey - the watch will need to be working properly to sync. 

 

Try a restart by holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears again and allow to start, then sync.

 

If it happens again try changing the clock face.

I have the same problem. The versa 2 (3 years old) does not charge and does not sync.
It only shows the diamond symbol.

Holding the button for 10 seconds does not help. Then nothing happens.
What else can I do?
