Sense 2 won’t sync and is 30h late

Hello all. My sense 2 isn’t syncing, logging sleep, finding phone or even keeping time right. It’s over 30 hours late and I don’t know how to correct the time. Does someone have any idea on how to fix it?

Hi @AliceOMD - see How do I restart my Fitbit device? To restart the watch.

 

Logout of the Fitbit App and swipe off the active window and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it.

 

Remove the Bluetooth entry from the phone for the watch and restart the phone.

 

Login and wait for any pair and link and Fixit prompts and then sync by pull down on the phone window.

 

If your watch is not syncing it cannot set the time.
