My fitbit has stopped syncing with my phone and it doesn't matter how many times I try to resync it, it will not sync. Also today it shut down by itself and now shows the wrong time.
How do I resolve these problems? It is a fitbit sense 2 model
Thanks

Hi @gems24 - your watch needs to sync after a shutdown in order to set the time right again.
If you can, on the watch, long gentle press the centre of the display and change clock face as the current one may be causing an issue.
Then to restore syncing first try Logout of the Fitbit App and swipe off the active window and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it and then restart the phone.
Make sure there are no other devices running the Fitbit App switched on or other watches on.
Restart the watch by holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.
Login and wait for any pair, link or Fixit prompts and sync.

If the watch has a fault or this doesn't work post again.
