Sense 2 won't sync

Have tried turning Bluetooth off, restart phone, restart sense, delete and reinstall app and still won't sync

Welcome to the forums, @Mishmunday.

Thanks for letting me know about your Sense 2, and the steps you've tried so far. To look into this, may I know what error message is displayed? Do you have multiple Bluetooth connections enabled when syncing? Also, what is the model of your phone?

While you've tried troubleshooting your watch, please give a try to the following:

  1. Remove your Sense 2 from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Turn off other Bluetooth connections nearby.
  3. Check if the Fitbit app is updated. Then, force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  4. Open the Fitbit app, tap your profile picture > Set Up a Device.
  5. Select your Sense 2, tap Replace Device and follow the onscreen instructions.
