Help!! I really wish I hadn’t bought the sense 2 but sadly I did.
Occasionally it recognises activity but mostly it doesn’t. I went in a bike ride yesterday…60 active minutes. Same ride today …7!! I’d like to think I’m fitter but I doubt it happened that quickly.
sleep seems to work.
I’ve used Fitbits for years and can’t believe how bad this one is.
Any suggestions? I’ve done the usual turning off and on.

Hi @J5ck13 - did you know if you are unhappy with the watch Fitbit have a 45 day refund policy or possibly authorised dealers too, some stores provide 14 to 30 day refunds.
This could give you the freedom of choice to get what suits you better if you are still in that window.

Thanks for your reply. I’ve reported the fault, which has been acknowledged so I’m now waiting for next steps from them. It’s annoying because I’ve been using Fitbit for many years without issues 🙄
