Sense 2 won't track my sleep data accurately

Ever since the crash or software update a week ago my sleep mode plus other features don't work the same. Sometimes it register the sleep and wake times correctly and other times the wake time is wrong. I had my watch in sleep mode this morning, let my dogs out at 7:14 am and went back to bed. When I woke up at 10 am, I turned sleep mode off. When I looked at the app later it didn't show the time from 7:14 - 10 am, weird. I have had it register a 45 minute nap before. Why is this happening with the software?

Hi @Bamagirl47 - watch sleep mode is only to put the watch to sleep so you don't get woken.

Try restarting the watch, and also logout of the Fitbit App and swipe the active window off, in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it, thenrestart the phone.

This will ensure they are working optimally to get the data registered properly.
