I shutdown my sense 2 and now it won’t turn back on. I’ve tried resetting it, but it just flashes the logo then a Red Cross appears on the screen. I’ve tried disconnecting, resetting, holding down the button but no luck.
Has anyone had this and can help?

Try putting it on the charger and then resetting see if that works. Good luck to you.
