My fitbit won't start even when I put the charger in.
What sould I do?

Sad to hear that you're having an issue with your Sense 2.
As there is a chance that there's something wrong with charging your device, please have a closer look here for possible troubleshooting as a first attempt to get things fixed:
Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
You might also try restarting your device by holding it's button for around 10 seconds until you'll hopefully see the Fitbit logo on it's display.
