Sense 2 won't turn on

My Sense 2 won't turn on after being charged. I have held down the button for over 30 seconds and still nothing.  The app says it is 99% charged.  It will not sync.

As per the description of your post, it seems your Sense 2 is having charging issues. With that being said, please see Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
