My FitBit sense 2 won't work ON MY ARM. it charges up fine, works well on the charger. I did buy an extended 2 yr warranty in February 2024

Hi @Klrocha1812 - if you look in the forum it is a common problem with the latest update on your watch.

A replacement under warranty may be the only way to resolve it.
